You don't have to have a complex response. Keep it simple and honest. For example, several possibilities could be Leadership, Problem solving ability, Initiative, Energy, Work ethic, Innovative, etc., etc. 12:: Why do you think you'll do well at this job? Provide several reasons including skills, experience and interest. If you can show how you've been successful in a similar career field or job position that will go along way to helping the interviewer believe you'll also be successful at this new job. 13:: What has disappointed you about a previous job? Again, this question could get you in trouble so tread carefully. Some good answers might be that your previous job didn't provide any room for growth, that you were laid off due to a mandatory reduction in staff, that they closed their office in your state and required you to relocate, etc. Make sure not to mention anything negative about the people you worked with, the company in general or the job itself. 21:: What motivates you? I've always been motivated by the challenge – in my last role, I was responsible for training our new recruits and having a 100% success rate in passing scores.

It's always a good idea to have a few ready so that you show you've prepared for the interview and have thought about some things relative to the company or to the role that you would like to explore further. Questions about the role: This is a unique opportunity to learn more about what you'll do, if it hasn't already been thoroughly covered in the earlier part of the interview. Questions about the company or the interviewer: This is also a good opportunity to get a sense of company culture and how the company is doing. • What's the company organization and culture like?
